Additionally, they will provide supervision and have APRNs work under their protocols. Services are provided in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and policies and procedures. These staff members of the treatment team develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, staff, managed care companies, families of individuals, and other professionals or community members who have an impact on those who we serve. This is a 100% direct service position that requires on call duties as well.

Adult Behavioral Health Coordinator

The position provides overall team leadership, direction, and accountability for quality clinical and case management services. Assures timely and accurate documentation of services and ensures services are provided through a multidisciplinary team approach. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, administrative oversight, fiscal responsibility and staff training. Minimum of a Master’s Degree and licensed in the state of Florida as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT. 16-hour State approved supervision course. This service is designed to meet the specific behavioral health needs of those seeking services. The assessment clinician provides assessments for new and existing participants. Services are provided with an assessment clinician provides assessments for new and existing participants. Services are provided with a recovery oriented system of care approach and are delivered through intensive time-limited, goal specific interventions.
