Client Support Specialist

This position requires that the candidate possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. This staff member is responsible for supporting our client services through the provision of administrative support and customer service to our clients, staff, and program. Activities may include interacting with clients for scheduling, checking clients and visitors in and out, triaging phone calls, maintaining and coordinating the management information system, maintaining medical records integrity, scanning documents, completing any needed administrative paperwork for the location and any other clerical or support tasks assigned. The candidate must possess strong customer service skills, a high level of interpersonal relation skills (verbal and written), and strong computer literacy in all Microsoft Office Software. Candidate should be a team player and be able to display flexibility in adapting to changing conditions. Human Services field experience preferred: including any experience in medical mental health office practice, and/or experience working with persons experiencing disabilities, homelessness, or a serious mental health diagnosis.
