Title VI Notice to the Public

 

Henderson Behavioral Health does not discriminate in the provision of services based on an individual’s:

  • Inability to pay;
  • Medicare, Medicaid, or Children’s Health Insurance Program coverage; or
  • Race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

(i) No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and (ii) There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint.
