Veteran Services

Mission United Victory Program

Henderson Behavioral Health offers free Services for Active or Veteran Military, Guard or Reserve Members (anyone who has served in the military), and their families/loved ones. We provide information on all veteran services available in South Florida at various community events; we present educational workshops on mental health topics which affect military members and their families; and, we offer Individual and Relationship Therapy at three of our Adult Outpatient Centers or in the community at a mutually agreed upon location. To refer a potential participants for our services, please call: 954-921-2600 ext. 7142 and speak with Chevonne L. Linton Williams.

There are no fees for any of Henderson’s Veteran Services – they are funded through a grant from the United Way. Our Veteran services are a part of a team approach of services which includes assistance for getting VA Benefits through the Stone of Hope Program and Case Management and some financial assistance through the Urban League of Broward County. All three of these providers are very well connected with other military/veteran providers in Broward County to insure the best and most comprehensive services possible for the program participants
