CWCM Safety Specialist Team Lead – Non Judicial In-Home Services (NJIHS)

This position requires a bachelor’s in human services or related field; 1+ year experience preferred. This position requires child welfare certification. Responsible for daily leadership and coordinating the provision of services and/or supports to Orange, Seminole and Osceola County families identified by DCF and/or FPOCF. Ensure and provide safety management services and placement stabilization services are provided to address caregiver protective capacities while ensuring the child’s safety, permanency, and well-being in relation to the identified needs of the family. Document activities and other services in FSFN. This role delivers crisis response and field-based safety services to families at risk. Coordinates referrals for housing, healthcare, and basic needs, and maintains FSFN documentation and regular updates to referral sources. Must possess a valid FL driver’s license and insurance.
