The program is designed to keep children safe while helping the family reach a level of functioning at which it is possible for their children to remain safely at home. The therapist will focus specifically on addressing those issues most related to the threat of placement, and helping families access any needed ongoing services and supports. Master’s Degree in Human Services field or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field with five years’ experience, At least one year experience with children and families, Demonstrate good writing and organizational skills, strong knowledge of community resources, good interpersonal skills and culturally sensitive. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
