This position requires that the candidate possess a master’s degree in counseling or a related field and be licensed in the state of Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred. A minimum of one year experience working with chronically mentally ill adult population as well as solid knowledge of recovery processes. The candidate should also have the ability to conduct individual and conjoint therapy. Successful candidate should possess good communication and writing skills and have the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team approach. Successful candidate will need to be resourceful and adaptable as a therapist, have knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies.
