Minimum of a Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or other applicable human services degree. Active Florida license in one of the above preferred. Team leaders assist the program supervisor/Director of service with administrative functions such as chart closings, outcome recording, waitlist management and to assume departmental leadership in the absence of the supervisor. May provide assessments leading to a clinical impression, and to review and approve assessments completed by non-licensed staff. To work with a team of professionals in providing therapy to adults and their families in an office setting including treatment planning, behavior modification, individual/family/group therapy, and outcome tracking. Must have at least 2 years working with adults and their families.
