Bachelor’s Degree in field plus equivalent experience will be considered. A minimum of one year of full time or equivalent experience working with adults with a behavioral health diagnosis. Experience working with persons experiencing homelessness is preferred. Familiarity with the various resources within the local community. Awareness of the concept of individualized service planning. Knowledge of the 65-E-15, Florida Administrative Code. Familiarity with Medicaid billing requirements for Community Mental Health and Targeted Case Management Services. Possession of a valid/clean Florida driver’s license. Proof of appropriate insurance liability coverage in the amounts of $20,000-10,000 – $20,000 is mandatory.
