Youth Therapist

The youth therapist works with a team of professionals in providing therapy to children/adolescents and their families in an office and/or community setting including treatment planning, behavior modification, individual/family/group therapy, and outcome tracking. Candidate is required to have a master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or other applicable human services degree. Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children/adolescents and their families. Candidate should be knowledgeable in family systems therapy and application, behavior modification,, substance abuse/co-occurring, cultural sensitivity, DSM IV, and crisis intervention. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written are required, as well as the ability to work with all levels of personnel. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
