Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling education, mental health counseling, or related field. Minimum two (2) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Licensed Qualified Supervisor required. The EBP Fidelity Specialist will create, oversee, and monitor the processes for conducting fidelity reviews that will include utilizing technology, rating tools and assessments, case consultations, note reviews, checklists, and/or external, independent monitor/rater reviews. This position will work closely with clinical supervisors to monitor fidelity and quality assurance of EBPs at HBH. Have a clear/active State of Florida driver’s license and maintain it in good standing.
