This position requires a minimum of an associates degree. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other IT related field coursework and/or equivalent work experience preferred. Provides daily operations support and maintenance for network systems (including wireless). Proactively monitors networks to provide stable, dependable network services across multiple platforms. Assist in configuring and troubleshooting computer networks and peripheral devices. Maintains LANWAN wireless operations by working with network, hardware, and software vendors to ensure timely problem resolution. Assist with planning, analysis, development, installation, integration, deployment, administration and support of new and existing computer systems and infrastructure. Knowledge of printers, modems, personal computers, VoIP, operating systems, office suites, data bases, file servers, switches, wireless CCTV security system, and data communications equipment is expected of the Lead Network Technician. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
