This member of the multidisciplinary team has training in one of the mental health professionals (e.g. nursing, social work, rehabilitation counseling or psychology) and clinical skill and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate and provide treatment, rehabilitation and support services to program persons served with severe and persistent mental illnesses under the clinical supervision of the team leader and the psychiatrist. Candidate is required to have post-secondary school education and training, including internships and other supervised practical experiences in a clinical or rehabilitation setting with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Candidate must also be licensed, i.e (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Florida or certified to work in the field. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.
