FITT Case Managers utilize Wraparound process to ensure that parents with child welfare involvement due to substance misuse have access to a comprehensive array of services that address physical, emotional, social & educational needs. The CM works together as a team with a therapist & peer specialist to provide services to adults with substance use disorders while supporting them as parents working on their dependency case plan goals for reunification or to maintain their children in home. Bachelor’s degree required & preference for experience working with substance abuse, child welfare system, and/or parenting skills.
