This position provides direct supervision to therapist and interns, assists in establishing performance standards, and monitors compliance of staff and contract requirements. The supervisor also communicates and provides consultation/training to other levels of management, units, agencies and staff. Provide crisis intervention and is responsible for monitoring documentation according to agency standards. This position requires a master’s degree in counseling or a related field and should be licensed in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy. Candidate should also have three year’s direct service experience working with children/adolescents and their families with two years experience supervising clinicians.
