***You will be receiving a link to register yourself, once you are registered only then you are going to be able to log-in using the app.***
If it is within normal business hours M-F (8-5 p) you should be receiving a link to enroll in our client portal. You can download the app here- Netsmart MyHealthPointe
***Please note you cannot use the app until you have received the registration email link and completed the registration.***
Once you receive the link in your email,
Please register, upload your ID/Drivers License, and complete the forms sent via
“Forms Awaiting Signature/Completion” tile within the app.
Once received we will give you a call to schedule your appointment.
