Team Coordinator – Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT)

This position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling. License required. Seeking a dynamic, clinically experienced individual to supervise a large multidisciplinary team in Emergency Services serving individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders in psychiatric crisis. Experienced conducting risk assessments, making rapid differential diagnosis, providing crisis intervention along with providing supervision. We strive for 80% or better call resolution and mobile de-escalation. For those instances where that is not practical, linkage to the least restrictive level of care. Must be clinically competent to work with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses, as well as be able to provide support and direction regarding county and regional services. A recovery-based orientation is essential, along with strong leadership skills and the confidence to work with agencies. They oversee day to day operations of the program, monitoring compliance of documentation and performance of the staff and provides clinical supervision as related. They will be an active member of the team, expected to respond to mobile crisis calls and be a part of on-call rotation; as well as a liaison to the ongoing system collaboration at a state and local level to ensure the development and operation of a cohesive crisis system. They will be required to monitor performance measures and adhere to contractual requirements of the program and can work a variable schedule including evenings and weekends; work on-call; and respond to emergencies after hours as necessary. Supervisor is responsible for training and onboarding all staff of this team, both in the office and in the community. The Mobile Response Team (MRT) will function 365 days per year, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including during natural disasters such as hurricanes.
