The Residential Services Manager oversees the daily operations of the Wilson Gardens residential program serving young adults ages 18-22, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive live-in environment while maintaining compliance with agency policies and Florida Administrative Code requirements. This role provides supervision and crisis intervention for residents, coordinates daily program and property operations, and collaborates with staff and community partners to support positive outcomes for at-risk youth. Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), a minimum of two years of experience in a residential or youth services setting, preferably working with at-risk youth, and knowledge of child welfare systems and community resources. The position requires the ability to meet Florida Administrative Code 65C-14 requirements, a valid Florida Driver’s License with required insurance, and flexibility to work a varied schedule, including on-call responsibilities.
