Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling education, mental health counseling, or related field. Minimum two (2) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Licensed Qualified Supervisor required. The EBP Fidelity Specialist will create, oversee, and monitor the processes for conducting fidelity reviews that will include utilizing technology, rating tools and assessments, live clinical observation, case consultations, note reviews, checklists and/or external, independent monitor/rater reviews. This position will monitor fidelity and quality assurance of EBPs at HBH. Have a clear/active State of Florida driver’s license and maintain it in good standing.
