We are seeking a Licensed Team Lead to provide clinical leadership while maintaining a small caseload of youth and families. This role includes supervising and supporting therapists, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, and guiding team performance and outcomes. The Team Lead also provides direct clinical services, including assessment, individual and family therapy, and care coordination, while fostering a collaborative, strengths-based team environment. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required. Candidates must hold a Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) and have at least one year of experience working with children/adolescents with complex mental health needs.
Family Advocate – Safety Management Action Response Team (SMART)
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and must have lived caregiver experience in child welfare or behavioral health. Ideal candidate must possess strong engagement and time management skills. The Family Advocate will provide safety management services to ensure that appropriate interventions and services are provided to address caregiver protective capacities while ensuring the child’s safety, permanency, and well-being in relation to the identified needs of the family. Document activities and other services in FSFN. Must possess a valid FL driver’s license and insurance.
Peer Support Specialist – Family Intensive Treatment Team (FITT)
FITT Peer Support Specialist provides peer coaching & support service to help parents who are at risk of having or have had their child(ren) removed due to substance misuse. They work together as a team with a therapist & case manager to promote the parent/caregiver’s recovery and assist them in working toward their dependency case plan goals for reunification or to maintain their child(ren) in the home. FITT Peers use their lived experience & skills learned to help others achieve & maintain recovery and wellness from substance use while also improving their parenting skills and caregiver protective capacities. HS diploma or GED required and MUST have personal lived experience either: an adult in recovery for a minimum of 2 years from a mental health and/or substance use condition or a family member or caregiver to another person who is living with a mental health and/or substance use condition. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
Office Manager – Forensic Multidisciplinary Team (FMT) (PT)
High School diploma is required. The Office Manager may have education and experience in the field of human service (e.g. associate or bachelor’s degree in human services preferred or experience as an inpatient unit clerk or in a medical clinic), or office management or both. One (1) year clerical experience. Experience in data entry and insurance billing within the field of human service preferred. Work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses or with individuals with similar human-services needs. Experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses or with individuals with similar human-services needs. Knowledge of computer and software; simplified bidding, contracting, billing and accounting procedures; medical record management; and personnel policies and procedures are required.
CWCM Safety Specialist – Non Judicial In-Home Services (NJIHS)
This position requires a bachelor’s in human services or related field; 1+ year experience preferred. This position requires child welfare certification. This role delivers crisis response and field-based safety services to families at risk. Coordinates referrals for housing, healthcare, and basic needs, and maintains FSFN documentation and regular updates to referral sources. Must possess a valid FL driver’s license and insurance.
Supported Employment & Education Specialist
Responsible for procurement and maintenance of community-based employment for Early Treatment Program participants: including marketing of program to community employers, providing support to members on and off the job site, service coordination and communication between members of the Treatment Team, the Social Security Administration, and the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. Services are provided in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and policies and procedures of HBH while assuring that the program operates within the guidelines established by the Navigate Model, CARF, and Department of Children and Families/BHCC in a manner that is consistent with HBH mission, vision, and values. This is a 100% direct service position that could require availability to work irregular hours, including evenings. One year variety of life and work experiences working with both young adults and adults, preferably with mental illnesses and providing employment services, and knowledge of the work world are preferred. Previous experience as an employment specialist assisting participants with mental illness in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment is desired. Additionally, experience in the mental health and/or substance abuse arena is preferred. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, Human Services or related field. Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling education, mental health counseling, or related field; preferred. Experience with computer technology (using a computer & PC software to support activities; Windows based programs, e-mail, especially Microsoft Office applications, keyboarding skills, printer, calculator, fax machine, MFP, copier) and other office tools efficiently in order to meet performance goals necessary to the position.
Case Manager – Family Intensive Treatment Team (FITT)
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services field and a minimum of one-year experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs. Bachelor’s Degree with a major in another field must have a minimum of three years of experience. The FITT Case Manager coordinates and supports the non-clinical operations of Family Intensive Treatment Team (FITT) services, working closely with families involved in the child welfare system to implement individualized, family-centered plans of care. This role facilitates the wraparound process, coordinates services and community resources, maintains accurate documentation, and supports families through system navigation to ensure child safety, treatment access, and successful outcomes. Candidates must have knowledge of available community resources. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
Youth Case Manager
The Wraparound Case Manager’s main role is to assist youth and families with complex behavioral needs in identifying and working towards their desired goals and building a support system through linkage (referrals to community resources), advocacy, and coordination of services. This includes regular home visits, completing assessments and developing treatment plans, and facilitating team meetings. Plenty of training is provided. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services, or related field, and a minimum of one year’s experience working with children and families. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required. Must have knowledge of mental health disorders. The ability to document all services in an electronic health record is necessary.
Care Coordinator – Safety Management Action Response Team (SMART)
This position requires a bachelor’s in human services or related field; 1 year of relevant Social Services experience with children and families preferred. Specific agency training will be completed within the first six months of employment. Wraparound certified with experience working with families at risk preferred. Ideal candidate must possess excellent engagement, computer, time management skills and be able to work closely within a small team. Provide safety management services and care coordination for families with active involvement with DCF to ensure that appropriate interventions and services are provided to address caregiver protective capacities while ensuring the child’s safety, permanency, and well-being in relation to the identified needs of the family. Document activities and other services in FSFN. Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Provide proof of appropriate automobile insurance coverage in the amount of at least $10,000/20,000/10,000 for liability limits.
Case Manager
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field. The candidate must have a minimum of one year experience working with adults in the mental health field as well as knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment, and community resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
