Office Manager

High School diploma is required. The Office Manager may have education and experience in the field of human service (e.g. associate or bachelor’s degree in human services preferred or experience as an inpatient unit clerk or in a medical clinic), or office management or both. One (1) year clerical experience. Experience in data entry and insurance billing within the field of human service preferred. Work experience with severe and persistent mental illnesses or with individuals with similar human-services needs. Knowledge of computer and software; simplified bidding, contracting, billing and accounting procedures; medical record management; and personnel policies and procedures is required.
