Provide intensive, home- and community-based therapeutic services to children and their families utilizing the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model. The therapist will collaborate with key systems, including the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), Palm Beach County schools, and other community providers to support positive outcomes for youth and families. Conduct MST assessments and engage caregivers and key participants in change-oriented treatment by addressing barriers to engagement. Utilize the MST Analytic Process to guide case conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and ongoing review. Provide direct clinical services aligned with MST principles while maintaining clear, timely documentation to support supervision, peer review, and model fidelity. Participate in all required MST training, supervision, and consultation; therapists receive training and ongoing support in this evidence-based model. Maintain adherence to MST fidelity standards, including TAM-R expectations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position reports to the MST Program Supervisor and requires ongoing collaboration with external partners. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience working with youth and families, and a minimum of two years providing mental health services to children/adolescents and their families.
