Human Resource Generalist

This position requires a minimum of a High School Degree or equivalent. Experience with posting on external career boards, and social media preferred. The Human Resource Generalist will manage career opportunities on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Handshake. Main role of this position is to pre-screen and distribute resumes daily to hiring managers, as well consistently doing candidate searches through Indeed. Human Resource Generalist will distribute weekly career opportunities listings to HBH organization. This position will assist with preparations of monthly orientations, job fairs, and any other HR event taking place. Ideal candidate must be organized, possess strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude, have strong ability to multitask, prioritize well, and work with sense of urgency. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and computer skills. Must adapt well to changes, and perform other duties as needed. This position reports to the Human Resource Supervisor and Director of Human Resources. As a member of the Human Resource Department, this staff member will develop and maintain professional relationship with various levels of staff, supervisors, and vendor/agency contacts.
