This position requires a minimum of a High School Degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 1-year experience in Human Resource capacity, minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft programs, and Quantum HRIS. This position is responsible for maintenance and organization of a variety of Human Resource functions; including but not limited to; maintain and auditing background files; completing pre-employment reference checks; tracking expiration dates for expired releases of information, and background clearances; keeping the information within the AHCA clearinghouse portal current. Discretion is to be utilized at all times in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and policies and procedures of HBH while assuming that the department operates with the guidelines established by the Agency for Health Care Administration, CARF, and Department of Children and Families in a manner that is consistent with HBH mission, vision, and values. Knowledge of employment laws that impact Human Resources functions, MS Office products, and standard office equipment. Candidate should have outstanding interpersonal relation skills, excellent oral and written skills, data-entry skills, be detailed oriented, analytical skills and the ability to type 50 words per minute.
