Housing Services Nurse Manager (New)

This position provides RN-level clinical oversight across Level I, Level II, and Forensic Level I Mental Health Residential Treatment Facilities (RTFs). This role serves as the designated Forensic RTF Nurse and clinical supervisor for LPN staff, ensuring nursing services comply with Florida Administrative Code 65E-4, DCF licensing standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and organizational policies. Responsibilities include oversight of medication management, coordination with psychiatric and medical providers, nursing documentation and chart reviews, staff training and consultation, and support of admissions, transitions of care, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness. Candidates must have 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health, residential treatment, or forensic settings; supervisory experience and knowledge of psychotropic medications are required. Housing Services Nurse Manager reports to the Residential Coordinator & Director of Housing Services. Bilingual (English/Spanish/Creole) a plus but not required.
