Family Preservation Clinician

The program is designed to keep children safe while helping the family reach a level of functioning at which it is possible for their children to remain safely at home. The therapist will focus specifically on addressing those issues most related to the threat of placement, and helping families access any needed ongoing services and supports. The position reports to the PACT Supervisor. Requires direct service contact with consumers and providers of Behavioral Health Services and the Department of Children & Families. Contact with families within 24 hours of receiving referral Meet with families within 5 days of referral. Work with 8-10 families at a time. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and work with families in their homes and natural environment. At least one year experience with children and families. Master’s degree in human services field or bachelor’s degree in human services field with five years’ experience.
