This position serves as a Family Clinician and Clinical Supervisor within the NAVIGATE program. The position provides clinical supervision, consultation, and guidance to clinicians and staff within the office, ensuring quality clinical services, appropriate documentation, ethical practice, and adherence to program standards and Navigate fidelity. As a Family Clinician, the position provides education and support to families regarding psychosis and its treatment, promotes medication adherence, monitors early warning signs of relapse, and supports participants in achieving personal recovery goals. The clinician helps reduce family stress and burden by strengthening communication, problem-solving, and family support skills. The position requires proficiency with computer technology, including Windows-based programs, email, Microsoft Office, and standard office equipment. Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with appropriate professional licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Two (2) years of post-graduate mental health experience preferred, including experience working with young adults and adults with mental illness. Clinical supervisory experience and experience in mental health and/or substance abuse services preferred.
