This position is responsible for the management and administrative operations of our Primary Care Program, HILL. They maintain supervisory responsibility over staff, coordinate care, produce reports, communicates with other HBH managers and staff in order to ensure collaborative and coordinated care for individuals served. Registered Nurse preferred, with at least 5 years’ experience in working in a family primary care environment, serving adults and children. At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity and demonstrates the ability to lead a team. Knowledge of medical techniques such as administrating medications and injectables, monitory medical processes and general patient care.
