This position requires a bachelor’s degree. Candidate should have a minimum of one (1) year experience heavily concentrated in the behavioral health field. Work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, substance use or with individuals with similar human-services needs as an agency case manager desired. Previous experience in discharge planning, case management, knowledge of community resources is desirable. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
