Case Manager – Family Intensive Treatment Team (FITT)

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Services field and a minimum of one-year experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs. Bachelor’s Degree with a major in another field must have a minimum of three years of experience. The FITT Case Manager coordinates and supports the non-clinical operations of Family Intensive Treatment Team (FITT) services, working closely with families involved in the child welfare system to implement individualized, family-centered plans of care. This role facilitates the wraparound process, coordinates services and community resources, maintains accurate documentation, and supports families through system navigation to ensure child safety, treatment access, and successful outcomes. Candidates must have knowledge of available community resources. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
