Lead Team Leader

This position requires High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors preferred. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, preferably in a residential or behavioral health setting. Knowledge of Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) regulations governing Residential Treatment Facilities. Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), including Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing. Ability to demonstrate success using EBP models preferred. The Team Leader provides administrative and operational support to the Residential Coordinator and Senior Team Leader for Henderson Behavioral Health’s Residential Treatment Facilities (RTFs). The Team Leader ensures that the residence operates in compliance with Henderson Behavioral Health policies and the regulations of the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and other funding or oversight entities. This position plays a key role in ensuring that residents are safe, supported, and actively engaged in treatment and life skills development in a recovery-oriented environment. This position requires flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed to support program operations.
