The Licensed Therapist Team Lead provides therapy to children, adolescents, and families while supporting the growth of the Youth Therapy Department into a full supervisory role. This position begins with a modified caseload and combines direct clinical services—including assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, and outcome tracking—with leadership responsibilities such as chart review, waitlist management, and staff support. The Team Lead works closely with the Program Supervisor/Director to ensure quality services, foster collaboration across a multidisciplinary team, and assist in program development, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time supervisory role. Candidates must hold a Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) and have at least one year of experience working with children/adolescents with complex mental health needs.
