This position requires a Master’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years working with children and families and child welfare, including behavioral health issues and foster care or residential program experience. In lieu of the Masters, candidate would require a Bachelor’s degree, plus five (5) years experience working with at risk children/teens and experience in a residential treatment program. Candidate must have knowledge of child welfare system, wraparound model and available community resources. The right candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization and time management skills. A Valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance of $50,000/100,000/50,000 are required.
