Youth Emergency Services Clinician

This position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or a related field. Licensed in the state of Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). The position involves mobile response for children located in Broward County with the opportunity to intervene allowing children to remain in the least restrictive environment possible. The candidate may have a minimum of two years concentrated practice in the mental health field with children, counseling skills, including crisis intervention skills, and a team player mentality. Applicants who have good assessment and communication skills, and a team player mentality. Applicants who have good assessment and communication skills, both written and verbal, knowledge of community resources, preferred. Non-traditional work hours available. Overnight on-call component on a rotating basis. Experience with computer technology (using a computer and PC software activities; Windows based programs, email, especially Microsoft Office applications, keyboarding skills, MFP) and other office tools efficiently in order to meet performance goals necessary to the position. Valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance coverage of 50,000/100,000/50,000 are required.
