Minimum of a master’s degree. At least five years working with children/adolescents and their families. At least 2 years of management/supervisory experience. Recruits, trains and supervises Team supervisors and staff. Provides direct clinical training to promote clinician competency in all clinical areas and the implementation of models and therapy orientations as needed. Assures that all assessments are comprehensive, multi-systemic, and provide adequate information to determine appropriate levels of care for all persons served. Ensures Implementation of high-fidelity Wraparound. Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Provide proof of appropriate automobile insurance coverage in the amount of at least $10,000/20,000/10,000 for liability limits.
