Wraparound Case Management Supervisor

This position is responsible for providing coaching, leadership, and support to wraparound case managers. This position assists in establishing performance standards and monitoring compliance of staff and contract requirements. In addition, this position ensures collaboration and coordination with other community resources. The candidate is required to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with (5) five years experience working with youths and their families. Experiencing in engaging families and scheduling intake appointments along with supervisory experience is preferred. Candidate has to be able to demonstrate good writing and organizational skills, community resource awareness, strong interpersonal skills, be culturally sensitive, and have experience working with children, youth and their families. Wraparound 101 and case management certificate is required within six (6) months of hire. Valid Florida driver’s license in good standing is required. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
