Master’s degree in a human service related field, license preferred. One year of experience working with persons recovering from persistent mental illness. Knowledge: Knowledge of Evidence Based Practice therapeutic interventions include Brief Behavioral Cognitive Therapy. Familiarity with the various resources within the local community. Awareness of the concept of individualized service planning. Knowledge of the 65-E-15, Florida Administrative Code. Familiarity with Medicaid billing requirements for Community Mental Health and Targeted Case Management Services. Excellent interpersonal relationship, advocacy and negotiating skills. Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills. Strong time management aptitude. Ability to work as an integral part of a treatment team. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and work with person served within the target population. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
