This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred. Bachelors Degree in field plus a minimum of one (1) year experience with the population will be considered. Experience working with persons having a serious mental illness required. Experience working with the homeless population preferred. Experience in the delivery of community based services required. Candidate should have familiarity with the various resources within the local community. Awareness of the concept of individualized service planning. Knowledge of the 65-E-15, Florida Administrative Code. Familiarity with Medicaid billing requirements for Community Mental Health and Targeted Case Management Services. Excellent interpersonal relationship, advocacy and negotiating skills. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and work with person served within the target population. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance coverage of $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 are required.
