This position is responsible for assisting in design and implementing, managing and coordinating a variety of activities for the licensed Short Term Residential (SRT) 90-day program. This individual is responsible for the daily management of a residential living environment; this living environment promotes the learning of skills for emotional, mental, and physical health; primary responsibilities include providing a healthy, safe, clinical and structured environment. They are responsible for designing and developing program services which include planning, budgeting, organizing, and directing all services. This includes setting work schedules, delegation of assignments, assigning tasks and evaluating employee job performance. This position establishes/enforces standards of care; monitors to ensure it meets the organization’s standards, and reviews programmatic outcomes to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the care provided by the department. Manages and assumes 24-hour responsibility and accountability. Assist the Director in establishing performance standards and monitor compliance. Manages the contracts in accordance with established policy and procedures, State and Federal regulations, to promote high quality care and service. Work is reviewed through records for fulfillment of department objectives and for conformance with department policies, and practices, state and federal regulations. Services are provided in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and policies and procedures of HBH while assuring that the department operates within the guidelines established by CARF and funders in a manner that is consistent with HBH mission, vision and values. This position that requires availability to work irregular hours, including evenings, overnights, and weekends; as well as on-call duties.
