This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field; master’s preferred. The position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience working with children, youth and families, child welfare, co-occurring disorders or at risk-populations. Candidate should be able to demonstrate good writing and organizational skills, have community resource awareness, strong interpersonal skills, culturally sensitive, experience working with children and youth and their families. The candidate must have a demonstrated, successful track record as a wraparound case manager. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of effective delivery of services, the intricacies of the provider network, and community resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary as well as the ability to instruct staff. All candidates must be certified as a wraparound facilitator. Valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance of $50,000/100,000/50,000 are required.
