This support member is responsible for varying non-clinical tasks of the Student Counseling Services location. This position also conducts financial assistance eligibility screening and recommendations and obtains financial reimbursement documentation for all individuals accessing medical service(s) at the branch. This position is under the direction of the Office Manager, providing receptionist activities including triaging calls, insurance verification, payment processing, coordinating communication between the counselors, the psychiatrist, the clients and the school officials; data entry, report processing, daily management of students in the office, all billing functions, and all projects assigned ty the Office Manager, the Assistant Director, and the Director. The position requires the candidate have a high school diploma; with some college preferred. It is preferred candidate have two (2) years experiences working in a medical/mental health office practice. Candidate should have a high level of interpersonal relations skills both verbal and written, strong computer literacy in all Microsoft Office software, and the ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute error free. Candidate should be a strong team player and have the ability to be flexible regarding work hours and duties.
