Henderson Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and organized Team Leader to support the daily operations of our residential treatment programs. This position requires a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred) and experience working with individuals with serious mental illness. Experience with substance use disorders, the forensic population, or individuals experiencing homelessness is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in Housing First principles, AHCA regulations, and CARF standards. Team Leader Residential assists and reports to the Residential Coordinator. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and supportive environment, assisting with client admissions and orientations, staff scheduling, documentation in electronic health records, and ensuring the program operates within agency, funder, licensing and accreditation guidelines.
