Residential Coordinator (New)

Henderson Behavioral Health is seeking a Housing Coordinator to manage daily operations at the Parkside and Rainbow residential treatment facilities. This full-time role involves supervising staff, overseeing admissions and discharges, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and billing, and implementing life skills programming for adults with serious mental illness, including those with forensic involvement. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, at least three years of related experience, one year of supervisory experience in a residential setting, and knowledge of HUD regulations related to Section 202 and Section 8 programs. Knowledge of Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) regulations governing Residential Treatment Facilities is required, Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification is preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing is highly desirable. A valid Florida driver’s license and current auto liability insurance are required.
