Quality Improvement Coordinator

Management position responsible for the coordination and implementation of organization–wide quality improvement program. Chair multi-disciplinary Quality Improvement Committee and subcommittees in the continuous improvement & monitoring of key aspects of the quality of services. QI initiatives include administrative and clinical review of medical records, utilization management, outcome measurement, client satisfaction and referral source provider satisfaction. Must have strong computer skills, written and verbal communication skills and analytical capacity. Master’s degree in Human Services preferred, years of experience will substitute for education.
