This position requires a Master’s Degree in psychology, social work or other related social services degree and be Licensed in the State of Florida as an LMHC, LSCW, or LMFT, preferred. The candidate should have (7) seven years of post-graduate practice, heavily concentrated in the mental health field, and have experience in delivering healthcare services working with individuals and families. Function as the leader and a core member of a collaborative 1st Episode Program whose interventions and treatment are focused on helping individuals navigate the road to recovery This individual provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the various group members for the purpose of achieving the delivery of Coordinated Specialty Care services. This position is responsible for the supervision of the clinicians, care manager, supported employment and educational specialist, peers and other program staff. This staff develops and maintains professional relationships and has frequent contact with participants, internal and external stakeholders/staff, funding source personnel, families of consumers, other professionals or community members who have an impact on those who we serve and with all other levels of management and staff. Prior public speaking and supervisory experience, preferred. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance cover of 50,000/100,000/50,000 are required for the position.
