The prevention coordinator is responsible for the daily operations and clinical leadership of the Prevention Programs to provide oversight, leadership and support to the Prevention program supervisors. The position reports directly to the Director of Youth and Family and requires direct contact with providers and systems partners. Master’s degree in human services field. Candidate requires a minimum of (5) years experience with children and families. Knowledge of Child Welfare and Safety Decision Making methodology. Licensed preferred, Candidate should be able to demonstrate good writing and organizational skills, strong knowledge of community resources, and good interpersonal skills and be culturally sensitive. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
