This position is responsible for providing coaching, leadership and support to PPP Coordinators. This position assists in establishing performance standards and monitoring compliance of staff and contract requirements. In addition, this position serves as a Child Welfare Liaison between Child Welfare and Behavioral Health in order to improve placement stability for children/adolescents engaged with both systems. This position reports to the Prevention Coordinator. This position has contacts with other agency direct service providers, has contacts with other agencies, and maintains frequent contact with other levels of management and staff. Demonstrate good writing and organizational skills, community resource awareness, strong interpersonal skills, culturally sensitive, experience working with children, youth and their families. Masters Degree in Human Services field or Bachelors degree and 5 years experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Valid drivers license and auto insurance required.
