PACT will utilize the HOMEBUILDERS best practice model to prevent out-of-home placement of children (ages 1-17). The program is designed to keep children safe while helping the family reach a level of functioning at which it is possible for their children to remain safely at home. The PACT therapist will focus specifically on addressing those issues most related to the threat of placement, and helping families access any needed ongoing services and supports. The position reports to the PACT Supervisor. Requires direct service contact with consumers and providers Behavioral Health Services and the Department of Children & Families . Master’s Degree in Human Services field or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field with five years experience. At least two years of experience with children and families.
