The Licensed Practical Nurse, in conjunction with the Psychiatrist, administers treatment and medications to individuals; refers for physical exams and other physical problems; records medication orders; writes progress notes; makes telephone calls; reports to doctor regarding physical problems, assesses individuals; ensures compliance with the Nurse Practice Act; follows job description according to policy and procedures; and provides emergency medical services. Services are provided in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice and policies and procedures of HBH. This is a 100% direct service position, Monday-Friday 8a-5pm.
