Minimum of Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling education, mental health counseling, or related field; licensed preferred. Preference of (2) two years of postgraduate practice, heavily concentrated in the mental health field, work experience working with both young adults and adults with mental illnesses or with individuals with similar human-services needs desired. Additionally, experience in the mental health and/or substance abuse arena is preferred. Function as a core member of a collaborative multi-disciplinary Early Treatment Program whose interventions and treatment are focused on helping individuals navigate the road to recovery from an episode of psychosis, including supporting efforts to function well at home, on the job, at school, and in the social world. This position serves as a therapist and resiliency trainer who helps clients understand their disorder, how to manage it, and how to develop resiliency skills for achieving their personal goals. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
