Human Resources Generalist

This position requires a minimum of a High School Degree or equivalent. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for pre-screening and distributing resumes to hiring managers on a daily basis. This position will also assist as backup in prior employment verifications which also take place daily. The Human Resource Generalist is also manage posting career opportunities to external career boards, such as Indeed, Handshake, etc. Experience with postings preferred. This position is responsible for preparations of monthly orientations and job fairs. This individual oversees issuing ID badges to all new hires, as well as ID badge replacements. The Human Resource Generalist must be organized, possess strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude, ability to multitask, prioritize well, have excellent verbal and written communication. Individual should have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel, adapt to changes and perform other duties as needed. A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
